This is a great opportunity to earn $20,000/year or more. Our buyer agents currently average $100/per hour which is part time and flexible. We are built on a foundation of professionalism, trust, integrity and attention to detail. If this sounds like you, we want to talk!

Responsibilities Include:
• Marketing to Potential Clients
• Answering Web Leads and Property Inquiries
• Interviewing and Qualifying Buyer Prospects
• Planning Property Showings
• Showing Houses to Clients
• Understanding, Explaining and Writing Contracts
• Planning and Attending Home Inspections, Walk Thru's, etc.
• Planning and Attending Settlement
• Assisting Listing Agents with Open Houses
Qualifications:
• MD Real Estate License a Plus
• Willing to Obtain MD Real Estate License
• Computer Savvy
• Team Player
• Proficiency with Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Valid Transportation
